Role Analyst Training - May 2026

May 2026 - 3 sessions

Starts May 12Virtual Training

Spaces available

Details

The role analysis training consists of 3 sessions on 3 separate days to make it easier for learners to absorb the information and participate in exercises in a virtual setting. All potential Role Analysts must complete all 3 sessions. The first two sessions will take place on two consecutive days and the third session will take place the following week. At the end of the second session, the trainer will ask the learners to score a role using HERA/FEDRA and complete a scoring grid. This will need to be returned to ECC at an agreed time before the third session. It is essential that this pre-work is completed. These sessions will equip learners with detailed information about the scoring methodology as well as giving opportunity to practice using the tools. Once completed, the learner will become an Approved Role Analyst. This training is free for members when using their allocated allowance. £400 for additional places. If the course is cancelled, less than 3 weeks in advance cancellation fees will apply.
