Training & Development Overview
Our core training programme is designed to equip members with the skills they need to successfully use HERA and FEDRA within their organisations.
In addition, we offer training and special events to help influence thinking and develop ways of introducing improvements to people management practice, whilst encouraging the sharing of ideas and thinking between ECC members.
As an ECC member you can book two free places on any of our nationally advertised events (subject to availability).
Core Training

Sessions 1 & 2 - 3 hours each
Session 3 - 2 1/2 hours
Role Analyst Training
Our role analysis training consists of three short sessions that make it easy for learners to absorb the information and participate in exercises in a virtual setting.

All delegates must complete all 3 sessions.

The first two sessions will take place on two consecutive days and the third session will take place the following week.
At the end of the second session, the trainer will ask the learners to score a role using HERA/FEDRA and complete a scoring grid. This will need to be returned to ECC at an agreed time before the third session. It is essential that this pre-work is completed.
This training will equip learners with detailed information about the scoring methodology as well as giving opportunity to practice using the tools. Once completed, the learner will become an Approved Role Analyst.

In-house Training
All of our training sessions can be delivered in-house to meet your specific needs. If you’d like to discuss your requirements get in touch with your ECC Consultant
