1.5 million UK employee datapoints which is refreshed every 30 days, ensuring access to the most current and relevant salary information. It is a survey-based benchmarking platform that reports on employee salary data for a wide range of roles provided by participating companies. It allows comparison by location and sector.
HR DataHub's salary benchmarking tool brings live pay insights backed by data from over 30 million job posts nationwide. Updated daily, their pay datasets give an accurate view of the market, which can be filtered, for example by location and keywords. This can be advantageous if a role doesn't fit traditional survey descriptions, for example an emerging role or niche position.

Our salary benchmarking service is available to ECC members and non-members from all sectors.

ECC members can request benchmark reports free of charge as part of their membership benefits. The number of free reports per academic year varies by membership level. In addition, members who receive one day consulting per year as part of their membership can use this time for benchmarking. Please note that each data source report provided counts as one inclusive benchmark report.
