AI is reshaping the world of human resources. From designing roles to using AI as a thought partner and digital colleague, it’s changing how we design and deliver employee experiences. This practical programme is ideal for those working in all areas of human resources. It gives space to explore, experiment and build confidence so you can harness AI with purpose. The course is set over 2 modules with a total of 4 hours learning time, with the first module focusing on setting the foundations and the second module being a time to think bigger. ECC have commissioned Quantum Rise to run this course to enable HR colleagues from universities and colleges to access this popular and highly rated learning experience. The course will be delivered by Hayley Bird, Delivery Director, Quantum Rise Talent Group. The cost of the training is £250 plus VAT per delegate.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations, transfer or postponement We understand that plans may change after training has been booked. If you need to cancel, please let us know in writing by emailing contactus@ecc.ac.uk If you cancel a booking with more than 3 weeks notice, there won't be any cancellation fees. If you cancel a booking with less than 3 notice. the following will apply. ⁃ Cancellation with at least 3 weeks’ notice - Full refund except ⁃ Cancellation with 10 working days’ notice - 50% refund / 50% chargeable ⁃ Cancellation < 10 working days’ notice - Full amount chargeable, no refund ⁃ Cancellation of training places when using member allocation - For late cancellations of 10 working days or less, members will lose one of their 8 inclusive places. To avoid cancellation fees, training can be transferred to another colleague.
