New Course Helps HR Leaders Build Confidence in AI

Artificial intelligence is changing the workplace at pace, and HR leaders are increasingly expected to guide their organisations through the opportunities and challenges it presents.
To help senior HR professionals develop the confidence to lead AI strategically and responsibly, ECC has launched a new one-day online programme:
How to Use AI, for HR Directors — Preparing HR Leaders in an AI-Driven World.
Delivered by Erica Farmer, AI strategist, keynote speaker, LinkedIn Learning instructor and future skills expert at Quantum Rise Talent Group, the course is designed specifically for HR Directors, Deputy HR Directors and Heads of HR.
Rather than focusing on the technology itself, the programme explores the leadership skills needed to develop an organisational approach to AI, balance innovation with ethics and risk, support better strategic decision-making, and confidently lead conversations about AI across the organisation.
Through four practical modules, delegates will gain hands-on experience using AI, develop a clear leadership approach, strengthen their strategic voice, and leave with practical outputs they can apply immediately within their organisation.
With more than 25 years' experience helping organisations embrace technology, Erica Farmer is the author of AI for People Professionals and has twice been shortlisted for Best AI Speaker at The Speaker Awards for her practical, people-centred approach to AI.
