Keynote speaker 1: Christine Armstrong, a globally-recognised authority on the future of work

The ECC Annual Conference took place on 19 March, 2026, with almost 250 delegates registering to attend the virtual event.

We have built a reputation for hosting events for HR and people professionals that are practical, relevant and genuinely worth the time away from the day job. This year, 94% of attendees rated the conference as engaging, highly relevant and a good use of their time.

Additionally, by hosting the event online, we were able to save 7.5 tonnes of CO2 emissions and divert the budget we would have spent on conference packs to charity instead. We donated £1230 to this year's three charities: Crisis, Samaritans and Macmillan Cancer Support.
