ECC’s Awareness Training (an introduction to Role Analyst training) has officially earned accreditation from the CPD Certification Service.
“Achieving CPD accreditation is a proud moment for our team,” said Nicholas Johnston, ECC’s CEO. “It reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality training that genuinely supports professional growth and helps HE and FE institutions implement fair, effective role evaluation practices.”
The course is designed for anyone who needs to understand the HERA and FEDRA frameworks without being responsible for scoring roles.
Participants:
Build confidence in HERA and FEDRA principles
Engage effectively in role evaluation discussions
Gain CPD-certified learning to support career growth
For organisations, this accreditation means:
Investing in staff with recognised, high-quality training
Strengthening fair and transparent role evaluation processes
Demonstrating commitment to professional development
“CPD accreditation is more than a badge,” said Nicholas. “It’s proof that our training delivers practical, meaningful learning that makes a difference for both individuals and our member organisations, and we are now seeking accreditation for our other training courses.”
Awareness Training takes place every two months. The next session is on Thursday, 27 November 2025.
