Gartner’s latest report on HR priorities for 2026 highlights a clear shift: AI is no longer an emerging trend, but a defining capability for HR leadership. Its impact extends beyond efficiency, influencing decision-making, organisational culture and workforce performance.
For chief HR officers, the focus now is on intentional adoption. Used well, AI can strengthen workforce planning, improve talent outcomes and allow HR teams to focus on strategic and human-centred work. Used poorly, it introduces risk, inconsistency and loss of trust. Capability, governance and confidence are therefore critical.
To support HR leaders in building this capability, we’ve partnered with industry experts Quantum Rise to deliver our AI in HR training course. The course is designed to provide practical, applied insight rather than theory, helping HR teams understand how to use AI responsibly and effectively. One recent participant described it as “the best four hours I’ve spent in a long time.”
As AI becomes a core HR priority for 2026, early and informed action will distinguish leading organisations from the rest.
