Claire Dalaya

Member Engagement and Reward Consultant

Claire has over 15 years’ HR experience working in local authority, Civil Service and charity based roles.

Having started her career in payroll, Claire has since worked in generalist HR and specialist reward roles. Claire has extensive experience in local authority job evaluation, data and reward. Prior to joining ECC, Claire worked as an HR Business Partner working closely with departmental leaders to achieve strategic objectives and leading on employee relations, restructuring, workforce planning, organisational development, pay and rewards and recruitment issues.

Much of Claire’s spare time is spent with her daughter who is a keen gymnast and dancer. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends, good coffee, swimming, yoga and pilates.
