The Excellence in Reward Awards 2026 recognise the people and teams making a practical difference in reward.

We have two awards. One for individuals, and one for teams.

Your entry doesn't need to be a large project or a completed piece of work. We want to hear about valuable contributions of any scale. The emphasis is on what you've contributed, what difference it has made, what you've learned and what others could take from your experience.

Please don't feel you need to write loads. Bullet points are fine, too.
