Prior to joining ECC, Jemma worked for more than seven years providing business and HR support to a leading global recruitment consultancy, based in their Dubai office. More recently, she has spent three years managing all aspects of operations for a small, family-run recruitment business in the UK. Keen to branch out into a new sector, Jemma joined ECC with enthusiasm and a strong operational mindset.


Outside of work, Jemma is a keen runner and an active member of her local athletics club, often training for her next challenge. She also enjoys watching women’s rugby and men’s rugby, and is a proud supporter of Sale Sharks, along with her husband and son.
