Emma brings over 14 years' experience supporting operational excellence, process improvement, and organisational effectiveness within the engineering and technical services sector. She has worked closely with leadership teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to streamline systems, enhance workflow integration, and strengthen client and internal relationships.

At ECC, Emma contributes to the consistency and efficiency of operations, drawing on her strengths in business analysis, CRM systems, and structured process implementation. She is committed to supporting the organisation’s purpose of delivering high-quality, practical services to its members and clients, and to fostering collaboration and clarity across teams.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys growing her own vegetables, going out for walks, good food, and music, and is a self-confessed novice at golf, still trying to conquer the driving range! She also makes the most of any sunshine when it appears and prefers a calm, practical approach to both work and life.
