With a proven track record of operating at a strategic level, Craig has substantial experience spanning the full range of HR services. He specialises in working with senior managers to develop and implement people strategies that support success in their organisations.
Craig has brought the benefits of this experience to the many ECC members he has supported in a range of projects - from implementing FEDRA/HERA through to the development of pay and grading structures. He has also been involved in trade union consultation/negotiation, harmonising terms and conditions and resolving TUPE implications in the education sector.
Areas of specialism include organisational restructuring, development of performance review and reward systems, implementation of recruitment strategies and managing TUPE transfers, business acquisitions and redundancies. Craig also supports clients in tackling critical employment issues, helping reshape and restructure teams and providing mentoring and coaching to help directors and managers manage staff more effectively.
In his spare time Craig coaches junior tennis and cricket teams, is an enthusiastic amateur chef, a past international backgammon player and a bit of a wine buff.
