This session is aimed at HR/Recruitment individuals new to the profession, or individuals who would like a refresher on the writing of inclusive job descriptions, providing you with the tools to advise managers on how to write effective job descriptions. We’ll look at how to create job descriptions which will provide you with the information you need to carry out a HERA evaluation but will also be effective for the recruitment process, inducting staff, performance management and the appraisal process. In addition, we will cover guidance on how to write inclusive job descriptions so that you’re appealing to the widest possible audience.
