We’ve also added a new optional session - Role Analyst Practice Workshop. Each session is hosted by a skilled ECC Trainer and examines one role outline or job description, with an opportunity to delve into the scoring methodology and ask further questions. The practice session timing is flexible, so you can book onto this session any time after completing your role analyst training if you would like more support or practice.
