The Role Analyst Practice Workshop is an optional session. It is hosted by a skilled ECC Trainer and examines one role outline or job description, with an opportunity to delve into the scoring methodology and ask further questions. Learners will be asked to score a role using HERA/FEDRA before attending the session. The session will be hosted in the style of a panel facilitated by a trainer, so that learners gain experience of discussing and agreeing scores with colleagues. Please ensure you have sufficient time to score the role before booking this session. The practice session timing is flexible, so you can book onto this session any time after completing your role analyst training if you would like more support or practice.
