Aims and principles of ECC Pension Network Group (NUPG) - To provide a cross-university network focussing on the area of pension, as an element of reward provision, across the sector. - To share views and advice on pension strategy and policy taking advantage of any available cost-efficiencies in sourcing. - To recognise and respect the competitive position of member institutions and the confidentiality of any shared information. - Highlight areas of focus in respect of the pension agenda to ECC to inform collaborative working.
