ECC is a not-for-profit consortium of Higher and Further Education organisations. We provide cost-effective role analysis products, services and bespoke consultancy to our members.
Our services have been uniquely developed by and for HE and FE institutions, and our Board is drawn from member organisations. Find out more about why and how ECC was established.
HERA and FEDRA, our high quality role design and analysis products, support pay and grading, reward and related HR functions. We also provide consultancy and training, focusing on best practice in people management. HERA and FEDRA enable members to capture rich data and intelligence, and our team of expert consultants help apply that data in recruitment, development, reward and recognition. This year has seen the successful implementation of a new software platform to improve the offer to our members.
We encourage member feedback so that the consortium provides what members want and need. Members can do this by attending our events, participating in our surveys - or share comments through the website or by picking up the phone.
Whilst formally a consortium, I have always considered ECC to be a community of practitioners who can and do share issues and solutions through our events and conferences. I look forward to meeting and hearing from as many members as possible in my time as ECC Chair.
