Meeting taking place at Sheffield Hallam University Aims and principles of ECC University Reward Group (EURG): - To provide a cross-university network focussing on the areas of recruitment and retention, pay, conditions of service, benefits and role analysis. - To share views and advice on strategy and policy taking advantage of any available cost-efficiencies. - To recognise and respect the competitive position of member HEIs and FEIs and the confidentiality of any shared information. - Highlight areas of focus in respect of the reward agenda to ECC to inform collaborative working. - The network is primarily for ECC members and is supported and facilitated by ECC.
