The future is now!

Independent consultant Helen Beetham joined ECC's Nicholas Johnston and Sandra Walton to run a successful 'afternoon tea' workshop at the May 2016 UHR Conference.  Over scones and champagne, delegates were led through some of the key changes that digital skills and capability will make to the nature of work in the future.  Highlights included a digital capabilities framework developed for JISC, and job descriptions for three roles in 2006, 2016 and 2026.

A number of those attending have also signed up for a new network group - open to ECC members and non-members - to explore the implications in more detail.

More details and slides from the event will be available on our website shortly, along with further details of the network group.
