Consultancy and in-house training support

Members receive one day of support per annum at no charge from our consultants to help deliver effective people development, resource and reward management.

Consultancy support

Many members choose to use the day for consultancy support in using HERA and FEDRA. This can be used flexibly, for example in two half-days to:

  • ensure new colleagues are introduced to the scheme and system and/or
  • updating and refreshing colleagues on good practice to optimise the system
  • use HERA or FEDRA to streamline recruitment, reward management, workforce planning, career development and related activities to underpin best practice in people management

Other members use the day to meet a variety of HR needs, so the day could be used flexibly to complete a single piece of work, implement a series of supportive actions that add up to one day, or take the day as part of a larger consultancy project.

In-house training

We can deliver training tailored to meet your needs, on your site. Our training is designed to meet learning objectives agreed with you by our team of knowledgeable and experienced consultants.

Tailored in-house training may be a one-off event on a single day, or a series of related events.  Topics covered typically include the use of role design and analysis to develop approaches to deliver recruitment, reward management, workforce planning, career development and related activities to underpin best practice in people management.

Requests for in-house training can be made via e-mail to contactus@ecc.ac.uk or directly to one of our team.  The contact details for each member of the ECC team is available on the contact us section of this website.
