Constitution and Governance

The ECC consortium is established as a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee (ECC Limited).  Its function is set out in its Memorandum and Articles of Association and it is required to comply with company legislation.   

The current ECC Chair is Julie Lloyd, Director of HR at Liverpool John Moores University.  Julie is supported by Vice-Chair Graham Curling, Head of Human Resources at Leeds College of Art.

The Board also includes representatives from the following institutions:

Heriot-Watt University

Middlesex University

University of Leeds

University of Lincoln

University of Manchester

University of Portsmouth

University of Swansea

University of the West of England
